Anna creates 'on canvas' conflits between the mixed media she uses, photocopy and paint, or paint and print. She explores the clash between organic humanistic and the replicated inhuman; a reflection of the consumer environment. Anna creates modern paintings playing with the idea of what it is to be human in contemporary society, turning ideas such as organic and inorganic on their heads in order to examine the role of the consumer.
