Welcome to the Ascot Studios Contemporary Art Gallery website. We specialize in selling original paintings from established collectible artists and the work of talented emerging artists. There is always a wide range of paintings for sale from 20th Century British Artists exhibited at our contemporary art galleries in the North West of England.

Currently, we represent a strong selection of professional career artists and other contemporary artists with a regional or national profile. As one of the leading independent contemporary art galleries in the North West, we enjoy visits from art collectors, original art appreciators and investors based in the Ribble Valley, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria, Lancashire & Cheshire.

Original Paintings for Sale

Artist Studios

Additionally, we also have artist studios adjacent to the art gallery. The studios represent an exciting opportunity for any artist seeking a professional studio space from which to develop their career as a practicing contemporary artist. Visitors are welcome to view the work of the resident artists or to discuss commissioning an original painting.

Exhibition & Studio Space

The exhibition & studio space at Ribchester is over 2500 sqft in size and located within Bee Mill, a converted industrial north light building. The original features of the mill have been incorporated into the space - such as the high ceilings & cast iron pillars, but it is the enormous amount of natural light that lends itself perfectly for the exhibition and production of large scale artwork.

Paintings & Sculptures

Although there is an abundance of contemporary landscape paintings from the artists represented by the gallery, there is also a wide range of abstract paintings, urban landscapes, pencil drawings and experimental contemporary paintings in oils, acrylics, watercolours and mixed media. There are always sculptures displayed in the gallery, along with original paintings on steel, canvas and board.
