Cees Muller
Cees Muller was born in Zuid-Beijerland in 1941. He had multiple talents, he could paint, watercolour, draw and was a pastelist. He attended the Academy of Fine Art in Rotterdam. His work is influenced by surrealism and Dutch magical realism. Nowadays Muller is one of the best city view painters from the Netherlands, showing all the beautiful spots of Groningen. His style is very similar to pointillism, and he is widely considered as one of the most prolific contemporary cityscape painters from the Netherlands.
