Description
Black & White Horses in the English Countryside by Young British 21st Century Artist, Melody Alice Harwood
The composition depicts a black horse and a white horse peacefully grazing in a lush green field beneath a vast, luminous white sky. Dark woodland stretches across the distant horizon, creating a striking contrast between the horses, the rich green meadow and the dramatic cloud-filled sky.
Painted in an atmospheric palette of deep greens, soft greys and muted whites, the artwork captures the tranquillity and natural beauty of the English countryside through expressive brushwork and subtle contrasts of light and shadow.
Presented in a substantial white wooden frame that beautifully complements the painting’s delicate tones and timeless rural charm.
