Sarah Victoria Scott is a painter based in Lancashire, England, working primarily in oil paint. Her practice explores familiar objects as symbols of nostalgia, competition, and the delicate balance between control and chance in everyday life. Through carefully observed compositions, her work invites viewers to reflect on memory, personal history, and the quiet significance of ordinary things.
Scott holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art as well as a PGCE. Following university, she established her own art studio and began her professional artistic career. After taking time away from the studio to raise her family, she has returned to her practice with renewed focus and perspective, continuing to develop work that is both thoughtful and deeply personal.
